R&D Design Konya

Our company, which started its R & D activities in 2014, continued its activities systematically with its first TÜBİTAK-supported project in the same year. In 2019, it received the R & D center certificate and placed R & D at the center of all its work within the scope of its "R & D Centered Growth" strategy. So much so that our company, which prioritizes R&D, has focused on new initiatives by integrating innovation into its strategic goals. In 2022, Bursa R&D was established and innovation strategies were aligned with the main business strategies.

Reverse engineering, product modeling, analysis, fixture design and control processes are meticulously carried out by the expert staff in our engineering department.

Mould Production Line

There are more than 50 CNC machine parks in the Molding Department, which always aims for quality and sustainable production with our expert technical staff within our company, which aims for uninterrupted production.

Aluminum Casting Line

Started in 2011, our foundry has accelerated investments since 2021 to meet the increasing product diversity and demand and continues production in its new facility with a closed area of 10,000 m².

It has become a respected brand with the production of products exported to all over the world, its professional approach, corporate culture and large investments in technology. It supports this development with its experienced staff in the Machining Department and high performance precision CNC machines.

Press Printing Line

As the press department, we produce our products by performing various molding processes with our eccentric and hydraulic presses.

Bursa Rubber Production Factory

In 2021, we produce rubber in Bursa Rubber Production Factory, which we commissioned. In our factory, we operate with our departments such as molding, machining, rubber press line, quality control and laboratory.

Quality Control

As Vaden family, the most important issue that our company does not compromise is quality control processes. We produce with the principle of "Every product produced within our company and which has received our quality assurance approval is our representative and our best reference" and we stand behind our products by giving warranty periods that cannot be given even for original products.

Metallography Laboratory

In our Materials and Metallography Laboratory, product-based chemical analysis is performed and all metallographic processes applied on the component are determined.

Test Center

Our R&D center analyzes performance data (pressure, flow rate, power, vibration, temperature, humidity, sound pressure level, torque data) up to 200,000 samples per second with more than 40 channels of sensors.

In our assembly lines, all products are collected according to assembly instructions and all needs are met in line with customer special requests.
