Our company, which started its R & D activities in 2014, continued its activities systematically with its first TÜBİTAK-supported project in the same year. In 2019, it received the R & D center certificate and placed R & D at the center of all its work within the scope of its "R & D Centered Growth" strategy. So much so that our company, which prioritizes R&D, has focused on new initiatives by integrating innovation into its strategic goals. In 2022, Bursa R&D was established and innovation strategies were aligned with the main business strategies.

R&D (Research and Development) Unit

Focusing on technological innovations, our company started its R&D activities in 2014 and launched its first TÜBİTAK-supported project in the same year. Since then, a total of 7 TUBITAK projects have been completed by continuing R&D activities in a systematic manner. Our company, which prioritizes R&D, has focused on new initiatives by integrating innovation into its strategic goals. In 2022, Bursa R&D was established and innovation strategies were aligned with the main business strategies. In 2024, there are 38 ongoing R&D projects and 45 planned R&D projects.

Our company, which aims to focus on innovation in all processes from production to customer relationship management, from marketing to sales and distribution, has placed R & D at the center of all its work within the scope of its "R & D Centered Growth" strategy by obtaining R & D Center certificate in 2019.

New developments, increasing needs and new initiatives in the world and in our country have made innovation a basic competitive tool that will carry innovation to our strategic goals and objectives. The limited resources we will use have also increased the importance of the strategies we will follow.

Thanks to our excellent performance, our R&D Center moved up 24 places compared to the previous year, from 85th to 61st place among R&D Centers in Turkey.

Our Centers regularly exchange information and conduct joint studies with universities, research centers and scientific institutions such as TÜBİTAK, as well as leading organizations in the automotive industry.

Yıldız Pul R&D Center strengthens its competent personnel infrastructure day by day by encouraging master's and doctoral studies. Our R&D team closely follows and contributes to the development of local and international fairs, symposiums, workshops, papers and continuous publications related to their fields of study.

We shed light on the world of academic science with 9 master's theses and more than 20 publications / articles / papers completed within the scope of University Industry cooperation. Our 60 technical personnel graduated from Electrical-Electronics Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Automotive Engineer, Rail Systems Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Metallurgical and Materials Engineer departments work in teams for value-added projects and 8 of our personnel continue their graduate studies at various universities.

Our company has 2 patents and 4 utility model registrations. There are 2 patents and 2 utility models whose application process is ongoing.

Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights are given great importance in new product commissioning and reverse engineering activities and the process is meticulously examined at international and national levels. At the same time, we have patents and useful product certificates for many of our newly developed products, and efforts are underway to replicate them.

In order to develop innovative products, processes and innovative business ideas, technological infrastructures were established in our R&D Center, and a compressor test center, electronic component development laboratory, material development and control laboratory were opened. Spectromaxx Optical Emission Spectrometer, Bruker Q4 Tasman Optical Emission Spectrometer, hardness measurement devices, material tensile compression test devices, spring measurement device and Sincotec Fatigue-Material Testing Device, laser and optical scanners, 40 Solidworks, 40 Siemens Nx software, Ansys CFD, Ansys Maxwell, Ansys Mechanical software, MAGMASOFT casting software, DraftSigt drawing program are available in our center.

Our R & D center, which is in constant search for innovation with its self-existent research and development motives, has completed 26 projects to date and 38 projects are actively ongoing.

As of the end of 2023, as a result of the projects it has completed and the investments it has made, it has ranked 61st among all R & D Centers expenditures throughout Turkey, enabling it to set higher targets for itself.
