The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016 and numbered 29677, which aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data. Pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6696 published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016 and numbered 296, 2016 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be followed in the Fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation published in the Official Gazette dated March 10, 2018 and numbered 30356, we aim to inform you about your personal data processed by our Company YILDIZ PUL OTOMOTİV MOTOR PARÇALARI SANAYİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("YILDIZ PUL" or "COMPANY") with this Disclosure Text.

Your personal data, within the scope of the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 of the Law regarding the transfer of personal data and the transfer of personal data abroad, for the purposes set out in Article 3 of this Clarification Text; It may be shared with domestic official institutions and organizations, law enforcement agencies, courts and enforcement offices, third party real and legal persons, service providers and their officials, business partners, especially the shareholders of our Company, our group companies and affiliates, suppliers and support service providers.

When you come to visit YILDIZ PUL, in accordance with the Company's legal obligation and legitimate interest to ensure workplace security, we collect your visual data through the cameras we place in the Company, your internet log data in case you use the internet provided to you by the Company within the scope of Law No. 5651, and your personal data requested by you by transmitting them to us verbally or physically.
6. RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED
In accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data;
• To learn whether personal data has been processed,
• To request information if personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
• In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, to request notification of these transactions to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• To object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

In accordance with your legal rights stipulated within the relevant law and other legislation, you can submit your requests to our address above with a petition by hand or through a notary public. In addition, in accordance with Article 5 of the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", you can send your requests to [email protected] e-mail address by using registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address you have previously notified to our Company and registered in our systems.
The applications to be made within this scope will be accepted following the identity verification to be made by us, and your requests will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process of responding to your application has an additional cost to YILDIZ PUL, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller will be charged.
