The Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016 and numbered 29677, which aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data. In accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6696 published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016 and numbered 29677 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform published in the Official Gazette dated March 10, 2018 and numbered 30356, we aim to inform you about your personal data processed by our Company Yıldız Pul Otomotiv Motor Parçaları Sanayi ve Anonim Şirketi ("Yıldız Pul" or "Company") with this Clarification Text.

Article 11 of the Law In accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data;

·       To request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

7. DURATION OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be stored for the period required for our processing purposes and will be destroyed afterwards.
