I have read and understood the "Employee Candidate Clarification Text within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law" presented to me by Yıldız Pul Otomotiv Motor Parçaları Sanayi ve Anonim Şirketi ("Yıldız Pul") within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). 

I have been informed about the identity of the data controller, the personal data to be processed, the purposes of processing, the issues related to the transfer of personal data, the methods and legal reasons for collecting personal data, and the rights I have in a detailed, clear and understandable manner. 

In light of the "Employee Candidate Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data";

·       Your Identity Information: name, surname, year of birth, gender, marital status;

·       Your Contact Information: address, e-mail ;

·       Data on Education, Work and Professional Life: Last Graduated School Level, School Name, Year of Graduation, Language, Courses and Certificates, Previous Company and Duration of Employment, Position and Department, Reason for Leaving;

·       Health Information: Do you have a health problem (we only receive information in the form of yes or no to this question, no health data detail data is processed).

·       Other Information Military Service Information, Criminal Record Information, Driver's License Information.

I accept the processing, storage and transfer of my personal data (special and non-special categories) to the relevant persons/institutions in line with the purposes and laws specified in the same text, with my free will and explicit consent, aware and conscious of all the meaning and consequences of this text.
